Weird issue with central locking after new key programmed

Hi All,

Weird issue that the dealer will just have to fix, but I am curious...

Had a spare key made and programmed at the dealer yesterday. Everything works, however the central locking does not work when I push the lock/unlock button on the door. It will only work if I use either fob.

Also, while I drive, the lights behind the door locks constantly blink.

Anything I can do, or does the dealer just need to?

Try to put the key into the door lock, turn it to "close" the car, then press either lock or unlock button.

I could have saved $100 buck!?!?!?! :/ And they still screwed it up!
