Cam Shaft Adjusters?

Hello forum, 3 months later got the beast back w/ new re-built tranny and repaired engine mounts/ cats/ other items and she is up and running....but this fluttering noise is still evident and dealer said it is the cam shaft adjusters and they can't fix it?? What I notice is upon slight soft and incremental launch it has this fluttering sound that goes away but is bothersome after all the warranty and money spent? Can you pinpoint this and can it be fixed??

Anyone else have it or know of it??
