the body shop who worked on the car, did Not installed the Reinforcement Bar on the front, so had no safety protection when the impact happened.
Oops...
I know the car can make close 10k part out or more

The ad appears to be written by the driver, so is the driver dead or not? I don't think the missing safety bar would have done much.

Was a joke (apparently, a terrible one), referencing to car's condition (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3at_Ev2kOoI).
I'm sure that occupants are more or less okay, these are very safe.

Yikes! Glad the owner survived; I wouldn't imagine you'd be so lucky in a lesser car with the same impact.
