RNS-D radio code

I imported an RNS-d from europe, the code written on it doesnt match up....
I tried contacting audi NA to pull the code but to no avail.

any one euro side have a contact for this?

Where are you located? I went to the dealer and talked to a tech. They plugged the car in and the computer contacted Audi Germany and came back with a code. I don't believe I paid anything either.
