I've been chasing another leak and while I was at it I spent some time trying to figure out why my maff sensors won't seat into the intake system. Turns out the vent hole on the valve cover is hitting the underside.
Now the air box has an area for the vent to go but the intake is too far away. I haven't had the engine out but looks like I'm going to need to do that next winter. Why would the intake be too far away from the engine? The drivers side intake needs to come forward towards to engine about a 1/2 inch.
