Both Low Beams (HIDs) just stopped working!

So the high beams still work but the low beams just don't turn on. I'm not sure where to start, I've read to change out the HID Bulbs first, then maybe the ballasts, any suggestions would really help. Thanks! I just hope it's not the wiring.

Fuse popped

Where's the fuse box and what size is needed. Is it normal for the fuse to go out?

Open the drivers side door here's a panel on the side of the dashboard

If not the fuse then possibly the switch. If you have a Multi-meter it should be fairly easy to track it down.

Refer to your owners manual for info on fuses and location.

So replaced both fuses #20-21 and still no luck. I'm thinking it maybe the HID bulbs or ballasts or even the switch. Has anyone else had this problem?
