Last Saturday, the Audi Club of South Africa had a meeting. 6 RS6's rocked up.
2 Mugello blue, 2 Avus silver, 1 Daytona grey (mine) and an Ebony black Avant.
What a site!
That represents more or less 15% of all the RS6's which will eventually be brought into South Africa....

Great turnout.
The weather looks like it's rockin' too. I'm jealous, although we're having a heatwave here with a high of 27 degrees F (-3 C) today and 4-5 inches of snow expected. UGH!

My son is in Lake Tahoe since December and having a ball skiing. He loves the snow.
Here in SA snow is very very rare.... and the heat hampers the RS6 performance.

Nice Pictures and what a beautiful day to have a meet like that. That is a wonderful site to see all of those RS6's lined up like that. Did you sign all of the RS drives up with RS6.com? :D :hihi:

Great pics....good to see RS6 owners getting together.
Tahoe...is getting hammered with snow right now...about another 2' today. I live the San Francisco Bay Area and my brother in law lives in Tahoe...he is a bit of an extream skier type....so he is loving it like your son right now.:cheers:

What a small world. I remember seeing a kid on the news - he was from SA, interning at Tahoe. That was probably your kid.
By the way, does your car come with the flamethrower option?

Just curious avdh....after seeing a pretty good assorment of RS6's of different colors in person, what is your favorite color combo now? I think they all look good in the photo's but would you change your color choice?

There are a lot of SA University Students at Lake Tahoe and elsewhere in the US. They have student jobs, make some Dollars and get to ski as well :) Christophe works in the evenings/late afternoon 5 days a week , and ski the rest of the time.
I don't think it was my son that you saw on TV, as I speak with him on a regular basis and he never mentioned that.
As for the flame thrower, not yet :D

No I would not change the Daytona Grey with the Silver interior. For me that's the perfect choice.
However I was very impressed with the Avus Silver, which looks a lot better live than it does on pics.
Never seen a Red one though.

360M, that's a wild story on the link you posted in this thread! I don't know what's more scary: 13,000 car-jackings or flamethrowers on cars!! LOL! Thanks for the link.
