WTB: 2003 Audi RS6 owners manual and tow hook

I am looking for a complete set of books/paperwork/manual and case and whatever comes with these cars new. I just like to have all the stuff its supposed to have.
I can meet or use paypal or cashiers check or whatever.
Also need the tow hook and I could use the foam part that holds the jack. I cracked mine the other day pulling to hard trying to find the tow hook.

Tow hook is the same as the C5 A6/S6/Allroad, not sure whether the foam pack is the same though. Try Shokan for the owners manual, they're a little bit rare these days.
