c5 rs6 sat radio coding

hey guys,
having issue with the radio
all works fine
only issue is when I play Sat the speakers on left side do not work...
everywhere else its ok
coding on radio is 00231
any idea?

well so far its been working for the last 2 days without hickups
I unplugged the sat-sirus box as well as the sat radio booster and plugged back in
ever since its been working..
hope it helps anyone in the future that might have same issue...

loose wire....clean the connector with "Contact Cleaner". I have used it on my Driver's Side Air bag, twice.

not sure what it was but no wires were loose...the car sat over a year ...
