Rear brake pads, Textar or Bendix Premium ceramic?

Both the same price @$44. Only street use and just want low dusting and no noise. Would the ceramic Bendix pad be a better choice in that regard vs. the semi-metallic Textar?

I'm in Potomac. Thanks, I've changed many pads but if need help I will ask. The two I mentioned I can get in 30 minutes so I can do anytime.
