Door Card Rehab.....

Donor Door has been disassembled. The panel is glued not "Melted" like every other one I have seen done. So I had to use a dremel and slowly cut the disposable parts and not damage the keepers.

The next step will be to do the opposite on the broke door card from the car and remove the inset without damaging that. That will be more tedious.

I took the broken one off today. Ended up Supergluing the top edge back down and put it back in the car. The rear edge was catching on the window. I'll see if this holds up. I know where I have to cut to remove the door inset, but there's no turning back once I make that cut. My donor door is in good shape but the top edge is a bit ruffed up.
