Hello all, I just swapped out my snows for summer tires and realized I had a leak from my driver's side front brake line. I ordered the parts from ECS and will be tackling this in a week or so. I've down brakes/rotors a couple of times as well as the KW V3's so I think I can handle it.

Any tips? Secrets you've found?

Thanks,

Mike

Pretty straight foward, just make sure you bleed the brake system after.

yes, thanks. I am hoping the old one comes off easy enough. Should be fun....

d'ooh, I looked at the 'leak' again after giving it some thought.....of course it's not a brake line....it's the CV joint boot. I had the same issue a few years ago on the other side of the car. The liquid I saw was mixed with water since I washed the car before changing the snow tires, but after looking at the components and recalling the grease that was on the other wheel it all came into focus. LOL....so it's a $15.00 part instead of $140.00 kit. :)
