Hello RS6 friends.

Here is some information from Switzerland. I know there have been some very interesting threads about the RS6 in snow. As we have right now tons of snow in Switzerland, i also have to write about the RS6 in snow.

It is really unbelievable how the car feels in snow. In fact it feels like on a clean tarmac. Snow, ice or a clean highway, the car feels always great.

When i see all the other guys, trying to climb a hill, it makes me laugh.

Greetings from Switzerland

Thilo,

What do you have for tires on your Beast?

These damned things go so well in the snow!

I have to keep reminding myself that "4 wheel go" does not equal "4 wheel stop"

...because, once they are sliding, the RS6 may as well be a BMW.:trash:

I just got back from the latest session of the New England Quattro Club winter driving school. Impressions? Drove circles around the non-Audis. HOWEVER, compared to all the other Audi quattro equipped cars, my RS6 felt like a battleship among light frigates. The A4s and S4s felt so much more "flickable". They turned-in sooner on the ice and didn't understeer and "snow plow" as much as our beloved Beast. After the first few hours, I was actually jealous of the A4/S4 owners. :hmm:

Now the drive home on nice dry tarmac.... SWEEEETT! :incar:
