RS6 Interior LED Upgrade

I purchased an Interior LED Upgrade set & the two small map lights in front , one under the glovebox and one under the passenger side front seat facing the rear seat footwell area do not work properly, other wise the rest of the LED upgrade set functions properly.

I've tried to buy several different replacements however cannot seem to find the proper fitting LED's for the two small map lights in front , one under the glovebox and one under the passenger side front seat facing the rear seat footwell area.

Can anyone point me in the right direction on which LEDS will work here?

I purchased the kit for my CC and loved it? I bought through my VW dealer, however where did you buy the lights for the RS? Sylvania is the brand VW used. I need these LED's with the new floor mats on the way.
