Same junk but may have the newer TC Seal which is good.

Same, same, same. Differences for the 90 '04 CDN models are specific to crash test standards requirements (better bumper and side impact standards than that of the US and European Union) along wtih metric vs. imperial guages. There is NOTHING different with motor, transmission, drivetrain, etc.
