How many RS6 were produced over the years so far? How many were imported into each country?
Please add and correct data as needed:
US: 800-900
Canada: 80-86
Hong Kong: 12
Germany
UK
France
S. Africa
Japan
Taiwan

The figures I have are from way back. If I remeber correct in 2002 there were about 800 built.
A figure that pops up is that they planned to build around 6000 cars. Correct or not I don't know.
Sweden: About 40 cars.

I heard from a fairly reputable source on Saturday that 990 made it to the US.

A figure from the official Audi stats:
2806 RS6 were built in the first 6 months 2003.
Supposed Audi kept the production rate and Erik is right with about 800 in 2002, they must have well exceeded the 6000 limit by now.....and still building.

South Africa: 40 between November 03 and March 04
Maybe more will come afterwards.
The good news is that so far, the resale value is excellent and I only know of one or two cancellations. Also, one of the persons who's cancelling (car due beginning of Feb), is trying to make a $ 7000 profit. Don't know if he succeeded though

Hi,
About 50 - 55 were meant to get to New Zealand and about 25 in Australia (tight Australian Design Rules).

I heard form a very good source that the US total is 1160.
