Been trying to setup to buy this car from a guy in Atlanta, and someone from Texas is trying to buy it out from under me and offer more for the car.

Yeah, it shows a dealer watermark from FL.

Yeah I saw the watermarks from previous dealer.
I had contacted them also to make sure wasnt a scam, and guys name who has the car now matches who they said they sold it to.
And if you check the carfax, locations of dealers and where car is at now matches everything

I don't have a silver one yet...
At this price I'd ensure there is financial protection on the transaction.
If a deal appears tooooooo good to be true, it's just that - toooo good to be true....

This is standard price for one selling with a blown trans.
He has title in hand, and clean title. I have seen pics of it.
Just sucks that someone from texas offered him $1000 more, and he backed out of my deal at asking price

Or even worse when one tries to remotely buy a car, the deal is arranged, then local performance Audi shop check it out, and for the dealer to then say it's been sold.
Even more odd, when that happens while the car is at the shop....almost certain the shop bought it out from under me.
