Unfortunately, unlike some companies (GM, BMW, to name a couple), Volkswagen does not offer downloadable manuals.
The part is available for sale through Audi dealers, including online hardware sales.
If you bought a car that did not include one, check your local laws. Many states prohibit sale of a vehicle without a manual by a licensed dealer, and some even have specific restrictions on private sales in such a condition, even treating it the same way as a mechanical defect in terms of disclosure.
