Need a hood

Does anybody have an RS6 or 4.2 A6 hood that they are willing to part with? I am in dire need of a replacement as mine was recently damaged. Thanks for the help!

WOW. Shokan just got a new one (I follow their pictures quite a bit), and its hood looks perfect. I wonder why it is there.

Thanks Dmb.......looks like it was hit from the back. I called and they don't ship hoods. $465 picked up. Sucks! Anyone have a line on an auto transport or courier service that would pickup and deliver the hood?

We could do some crowdsourcing type thing through RS6.com haha. If someone meets me in Toledo-ish (assuming off 80/75) then I would take it to 94 outside of Detroit and then you could meet me there Beardown. I would do that for how much this forum has helped me with my car.

It looks like we would just need a Western CT guy to give it to two or three PA guys...and then we'd need like one Ohio guy.

Great thought....actually Toledo is not too far down I80/90 Toll Road from me. So just need some east coast guys heading west.

I got a hood as well but I am in California. Would recommend uship? Mine is in great shape mugello blue

I will check dimensions, but you would need a full size SUV or mini van.......something that can fit a sheet of plywood or close to it.

I know when I hauled a b5 hood it was a tight fit in a trailblazer
