Does anyone have this issue yet? I´ve heard that it contains a test between RS6, M5 and E55 and the RS6 get some impressive times. 0-100 km/h in 4,4 seconds and 0-200 km/h in 15,7.

It was not in the store today anyway, but perhaps in Germany?

4.4 secs sounds crazy! Must be the E55. :MTM:

Actually they list the RS6 with 4.4s, the E55 is listed with 4.6s

Hummmm, I find this test results very strange. This reminds me the AMG amazing test results performed by Auto und motor sport. At time the AMG was much faster than the Porsche GT2 from 0-300Kph. Mercedes owners were proud of this and the sales of AMG 55SL went up fast. Later on, a group of Porsche owners, to clarify this situation, decided to test the 420Hp 996 Turbo and 500Hp AMG 55SLs from 0 to 200Kph. This time the 996 Turbo, that has 42 Hp less than the GT2, was faster than the AMG, so no way the previous AMG tested by Auto und motor sport could be a stock engine. The rumors was that Mercedes had played a dirty game, and sent to a super car test, a car that was not in stock specs. Later on, this same magazine made another test with a AMG 55SL and a 996 Turbo with the X50 option, which gives 30 more HP . Well this time the 450Hp 996 Turbo was faster than the 500Hp AMG, and was capable of making the same results has the Porsche GT2, that has 462Hp and weight much less than the 996 Turbo. Word was that, Porsche was following the dirty Mercedes game, and sent a modified car to this test. No way a 996 Turbo with les 12 Hp and much heavier could be as fast as a 996 GT2.

It seems that Audi is making the same dirty game, or the engine on this RS6 was really in good shape ;)
Anyway it´s good to see such good performance :)

Comments please....

I agree J Seven the results ot this stock RS6 are better than the Sportec RS6 with 500 hp or SKN tuning with 510hp,it's really incredible:bigeyes:

I think the answer is Temperature.
Turbo cars (to me, Audi suffer more than the others in this field) suffer from power loss due to heat. My car (moded RS2) did 17,6sec 0-200km/h at 6ºC and only managed 21,3sec at 32ºC. It’s a huge difference, with the same car, at the same place and just one week one after the other.

Temperature is definitely a factor here. They even mention that in the article.

"Diese atemberaubenden Werte lassen jedoch auch den Schluss zu, dass sich der Test-RS6 nicht nur die am Messtag kühlen Temperaturen zu Nutze machen konnte, sondern auch grundsätzlich äußerst gut im Futter stand"

That reads something like "it benefits from the low temperature during the tests but it must've been a really well built exemplar too."

but would people really buy that amg if it was a little faster than the Porsche....
I think that those drivers are (mostly) totally different people...
If factory's are sending modified cars to a test.......well ... ehh they act like children...:argue:

Is the RS6 'well built', chipped or is it the temperature?
We may never know but it is certainly very fast.

For people to rasie their eyebrows now next car would have to do a very low 4 sec or a high 3 sec run...Crazy!

Track time can of course be improved by removing weight and adding better brakes + suspension, but I don't think this is the most important issue for the mainstream of customers.

According to MTM the RS4 would differ from anything from 370 bhp - 400 bhp on their rolling road, that's straight out of the factory.
