We visited Dahlback Racing this week.
I am not sure how well know DBR is internationally, but at least his Golf has made many apperances worldwide.
In april this year he opened their new building and it looks really nice.

We got to drive his ~ 530 hp RS6 Avant. The weather could have been a lot better and the the roads could have been a lot straighter to say the least.
We clocked 100 - 200 km/h in about 11 seconds. Not bad for a station wagon! A stock RS6 would have around 13-14 secs.
The DBR RS6+ has changed to bigger turbos. It had an even more powerful setting before, pumping aroun 900 Nm+, but that broke the gearbox in no time. Never the less, the torque this car is pumping at the moment is stunning. We tried 5:th gear with about 3/4 on the pedal (to avoid kick-down) and WOW! the car just accelerates like nothing could stop it.

These pictures are from my (crappy) digital camera. There will an article (and hopefully video) with better pics (of a clean car) sometime in the future.

The DBR RS6+ outside the White House!
A very special private house in Borlange City. Oh my!
It was recently for sale for about 375.000 USD...including furniture etc.

That air intake looks very apealing and nice, but when I asked couple of my friends who are in tuning business, they said something about a possible damage the air intake controllers or something like that (as I got its the instruments of controllingt the amount of air beeing sucked in).Anyways, has anyone comments on such matter and if yes please share.
