That car has Oettinger bodykit and wheels (18 inch??) + chrome mirrors. Seems like brakes have been upgrated too...

It is owned by a man in a wheelchair, so the clutch in on the on the gear lever, the brake by the turnsignals and the accelerator "pedal" is mounted around the steering wheel, just like the gearshift on the Peugeot 206 WRC car.
