Anybody knows if they will put the DSG in the new S4? I heard anything about it's not possible, casue the engine is mounted the wrong way.
Rumours? Facts?

Sorry, as of right now DSG is only for the TT at least here in the States. You heard right, it has to do with the position of the engine in some way. Erik probably has more info on this or can find a thread where this was dicussed. Wish they would have put it in the new S4 though, that would be sweeeeeeet!

Not sure if it's power and torque or engine related.
The S4 is available with Tiptronic (6-speed) and it works great!
I know since I drove one last week! :s4addict:

Yeah, I don't think that the DSG would fit in that engine bay. I may easily be wrong but I was under the impression that it was larger than a normal automatic gearbox.
