Brembo Brakes

Hi!

My friend told me that RS6 stock sport brakes are just OEM from Brembo :confused:

Do you think it is true?

Anybody knows the part numbers for the stock sports bake pads and rotors at Brembo?

Audi Poland makes great uplift on the parts here, so I'm looking for alternatives....

Brembo don't make the rotors and I suggest you consider Hawk Blue pads.
If it was this simple, everybody would be doing it.
It really isn't a good idea to try and save money on brakes.

Sure no savings on brakes, but why to pay premimum for the logo if can be avoided ;)

But what is the price of standard pads set - 400 EURO is ok?

Any more info on Hawks?

BTW: Are the pads for standard brakes the same as for the sports brakes?

I suggest you stick with the OEM pads which are PAGID RS4-2-2's, at least they are in the U.S. If you need something more aggressive, say for track work, RS14's are the business.

I guess that "sport brakes" are only offered in Europe. I would be interested in knowing the difference between standard and sport if anyone knows?

I believe the "sport breaks" in Europe are the US standard breaks as they just consisit of the cross drilled rotors. I am not postitive though.
