Apikol MAF Seals

Purchased the upgraded MAF seals from Apikol. Is there a trick to tearing the old ones out and re-installing the new ones. seams pretty straight foward, just curious if any one has replaced these and there may be a certain way of doing business. Thanks

Just like an oil seal. The rubber is bonded to a sheet metal ring that needs to be carefully pried out.

I used a tennis ball wrapped in a plastic grocery bag to keep any wayward parts from dropping in. Prying the old ones out is easy, putting in the Apikols wasn't quite as easy. Found the glue they provided wasn't great and just about lost one. Wound up taking the MAF's off the airbox and putting them in first.
