What's it worth?

I'm starting a business and trying to figure out if I should sell or not. Can you guys give me a range of what i'd be looking at if I were to sell? '03 RS6, 97k miles, Avus Silver on Black, H&R coil overs, 6 speed conversion with TDI tranny and RMS (only about 2k miles on it), software upgrade, new battery, timing belt was about 10k ago but I'll do it again to make the buyer feel better. Overall the car is in very good to excellent condition with no blemishes inside or out to speak of. If I can't get enough out of it i'll just keep it. Thoughts on an approx value? TIA

Well the 6 Speed swap is only valuable to an enthusiast, such as ourselves.
Looking at what you have done, you have taken care of two of the three "issues" with an RS6 (DRC removal, Slushbox removal, Timing belt to me is the other expense).

Without seeing it in the fastest color out there, perhaps a range of $21k - $24k.

Is it tuned for moar power also, or just tuned to clean up the swap?

Yep. $20k-$23k...buyers market...especially with the manual. Mine had about the same miles...little less and no TDI trans and no coil overs, sold for $20k.
