SEM Coat and Viper Leather coat products for leather refinishing

I've used SEM Coat and Viper stuff plenty. I have some spots on the front seats that are starting to wear and look crappy/cracked. Not cracked through, just surface lines on the platinum leather. Anyone repair this themselves or had a place so it and can point me in the right direction for the color code and product used?
