Something inside my door is making a knocking noise. I don't want to try to take off the door card and find nothing wrong. Does anyone have any ideas? It happens more when there are corners, not bumps.

My thought would be that if theres a noise, then there's something wrong......get some zipties handy to start with.

Anything special/process to take the door card off?

Two philip screws at each top corner. Pull up and done. Disconnect harnesses as warranted.
