At a bare minimum, you'd need to up your wheel size to 20's, possibly larger - the front brakes are 420mm (16.535"), plus the caliper itself... IIRC, the RS6 Avant 2014 preview had 20" wheels with these ceramic brakes, and the clearance was _minimal_

With 20" rims, the ride on a C5 is harsh.
The trade off of having ceramics versus a harsh ride for non-track use, I would stick with the 365mm and save the $6k for the 6 speed transmission (not tranny)

They fit on all those ;)
