Two owner car which spent it's life in California and just moved it to MI in March 2012

This car has a MANUFACTURER'S BUY-BACK TITLE and a BAD Torque Convertor based on the P0741 Code and CEL
Original owner blew a turbo and gave the car back to Audi with just 9,000 miles.
Audi changed turbo and sold as Certifed Pre-Owned in 2004 for$75K
Overall the car is in very good condition as I just spent $5,800 in maintenance. After having the most recent service completed the CEL came on with the P0741 Code just 400 miles after service.
March 2013 Maintenance included: 55K service, valve cover oil leak, Thermostat replaced, Brake Vacuum Booster replaced and a few other odds and ends.
Once CEL came on for torque convertor the car was parked within 3 miles and has not been driven since. The car has no tranny hesitation issues or history of tranny issues however once the CEL came on and I checked the code it is highly recommended not to continue driving the car until the TC is replaced. Based on discussion with Tozo in Chicago, TC replacement cost is $450 ACE Torque Convertor and $1800 labor.
