I have a 2001 Audi TT where the secondary air pump does not work. I have measured the voltages, bypassed relay, and ohmed out wiring back to the ECM. Issue is that the ECM is not grounding the pin to the secondary air relay. This leads me to believe that the ECM itself is faulty or the ECM is not recieving one of its input such as a temp sender.
I apologize if this is not the right forum, but I am stuck in the middle of SD where Audis are really scarce.
About I have found so far is a general troubleshooting guide with some decen illustrations but nothing on the ECM operation. Given the mods being done to the ECMs, there are a few people who have done the reverse engineering on these and can hopefully point me to isolating this issue.
