RS6 for sale: Back-on-Black

I am the 2nd owner of a meticulously maintained Black-pearl effect car with graphite black interior. It currently has 88k miles, resides in Seattle, and I am asking $23,950 for it. There are two sets of wheels: the stock 18 in. and a set of RS4 19 in. alloys. The 19's have 255/35/19 Bridgestone S 04 Pole Position tires with less than 5k on them. The 18's have Michelin A/S Sport 255/40/18 but they are close to being done. Basically this is a stock car with a few nice extras: built in laser jammer; windshield-mount K40 radar detector; 24 level transparency tint windows (legal in WA State at least); front and rear sun shades; rubber floor mats. The car has the carbon fiber trim option along with the enhanced exhaust system. It has been dealer maintained either in Seattle or Bend, OR with the exception of the last brake job, which was done at a reputable independent shop. The new brakes also have less than 5k miles. 75k timing belt service was done at about 72k. Since I have owned the car starting at 44k, I have changed the oil every 5k miles. The prior owner leased the car, and as it had the Audi Maintenance package everything scheduled was basically done to the best of my knowledge.

So, this is a total "turn key" car that needs nothing done. I am reluctantly selling it due to the fact that we are moving from Seattle to Central Oregon, need to downsize and just have one too many cars (at least according to my wife!). Yea, I emailed the seller about it. Asked for maintenance/repair records. Got a response that the main sales person would be back (this past) Sunday; haven't heard anything since. Might need to bump them. I'd prefer to find one with less miles and closer to where I am if possible but it's not out of the question. Thanks for thinking of me though!
