Timing belt.....little Miss Piggy

Last part of my timing belt.....eccentric idler that looks like a pig (upper right)....no index marks.....which way does it go? I think it looked like this when I took it apart, but it has been a while....

One dot on 12(oclock)and second on 3(o'clock) at least thats how i did mine
