19x9.5, gray, bimotos. Michelin Pilot Sports that are near new. Three of the wheels are perfect, one has about half an inch of the lightest curb rash you'll ever see, I forget what wheel it is on somtimes and go looking for it. I'll post pics tonight, but I am just checking to see if anyone absolutely wants these wheels. I love the look but I think I might want to go back to stock size, and since these wheels are so pricey, I could probably switch to stock size and have it be a wash. Obviously I would give the buyer the spacers too.

Pilot Sports? meaning A/S Pilots or Super Sports or PS2?

Interesting...

Man you guys are always so rough, I said pics tonight, I can't upload now. They are Pilot Sport PS2's. I am not putting a price out there, hence feeler. At the very worst, in their current tread, the tires are over $200 of value per, and the wheels are defintely north of $700 of value per. That's where my mind is at. (275/30/19 by the way in case that wasn't inferred.)

The tiny curb rash is on the right of this pic. The three others are perfect. I can get side shots or other shots if you really need them, didn't have time tonight.

What is the backspace spec on those rims?

Did you buy the rims new?

Those tires look like a dot spec of 07 year cast. Is that correct?

Tires and wheels came on car. I know who put the wheels on though (which prior owner) and then I have some receipts for a couple being replaced over time. This is not yet a daily driver for me. I think I have put 1000 miles on the car in six months which was basically two hwy trips.

07 looks right.

They are et 30 I believe but I don't know the backspace.

photo 1 is mounted on the front wheel
photo 2 is mounted on the rear wheel so the logo might be/is be out of the photo

Correct Ben, logo won't show in the second photo because of the wheel position. These are three perfect wheels and one slightly imperfect wheel as I clearly documented, with expensive tires mounted on them. Again, it was just a feeler post from my end. I'll just wait until next winter and use that as an excuse to dry a different wheel (with the winter set) and then maybe I'll repost these with more effort while they are off.

kilian, can you elaborate more on the difference between mtm bimoto wheels? I thought there was only one type? Whats that little wheel sticker say?

Jimmy, I believe I own your buddy's old car? And these are his (old wheels). Location is Chicago, IL. In two months, they will be in (a suburb of) Detroit, MI.

These do not look like the forged units.

If they were forged then the front spoke that says MTM would also say FORGED on the spoke.

I'll get them weighed in the not too distant future and let you guys know. I had no idea on forged or cast, I always assumed because of the price (and prior to owning the car) that they would be forged because of the cost. I tend to not believe the blog link though because MTM's website never showed forged on the actual wheels and I used to look at them on there for the longest time but the descpription always said forged. Anyhow, I'll figure it out.

Are these still avail? I see the last MTM euro price of 2200 for the set.

Dhall are you asking about mine? Or were you just ommeting on price (2200*1.3048 USD/EUR = $2,870, plus shipping and/or tax, plus used PSS tires, minus whatever your discount for a used product is)?

Oh crap I was not clear. I was just wondering if the MTM wheels were still being made. Its nice to consider these rims but if they are not being produced any longer and or we have no dealer network in the US then replacement rims will be tough.

If your wheels are forged then I'm sure the interest will increase.

Do we even have a MTM dealer distributor in the US any longer? Yeeks

I mean on MTM's website it says there is one, in Florida.

I am resurrecting this thread because I am buying a winter wheel set for this car (now that it is finally a daily driver), while winter tires are cheap. Therefore, I am going to have a second set of wheels laying around that I can throw on in a pinch if some wants to buy these.

Again, they are in great condition. I am just not a fan of the size, I have always bought stock size, yet lighter wheels for all my previous cars and I'd much rather have a set of super light wheels in the stock size, that's my only reason for selling (I know I'll take a step back on looks).
