Here's a third gear pull after it got nice and warmed up. Looks pretty darn good I would say. Timing hangs in there, lambda's are high, boost is all there. Just thought I would post it to see if there is any other input.

Sorry, who is "G2"? Is this ECU have a tune?

Gary, forum member. Yep, Revo with giac tcu. Revo was set at 7 boost and 2 timing. We took boost down to 6 since it was hitting a bit high in 2nd gear, 3rd looks nice though. Revo adjusts 1-9, each higher number adding a psi of boost or few degrees of timing.

Not that i could tell, running richer than i figured at least with lambda, dunno...

O2 is nice. Leave it

Boost is a tad high

Could use more timing but may need to back down boost a tad

Yep, we dropped boost 1, talked raising timing 1. I still expected it to be running leaner, will check egt's next time...

G2, reporting for duty, here-- ( It's an old nick name Gary gave me from when I worked for Fisher Mountain Bikes back "in the day".)

2140 mbar is about 16.50 PSI "boost" at 4600 RPM. Too much? Has "newer" turbo's with about 40-50K miles.

I think the cooler and wet weather during the runs has some effect. Would take a bit of math to compensate for a "standardized" value.

Like to try a bit more timing, but also to monitor EGT and knock sensors for more feedback....
