Rumour has it that Audi will show a A1 with 1.5TFSI 3 cylinder engine and 130 hp - 200 Nm during the Geneva Auto show 2013.

The 1.5TFSI 130 hp 3-cylinder engine will replace the 122 hp 1.4 TFSI 4-cylinder engine.
It will use less fuel and have better CO2 numbers.

It will go on sale the 2th quarter 2013 according to rumors.

Apparently it's power range is between 130 and roughly 200+ hp, so it could be.

And 86 hp 1.2 T as well i think.
130 hp downwards can be filled with the VW 3 cylinder engines with 60, 75 and 110 hp.

You confused me here a little bit... :vhmmm:
I was sure that all 1.2 TSI/TFSI engines are four cilinders... I know that there is 1.2 three cilinder N/A engine, very common in little VWs, Skodas and Seats, I actually had it my Polo long ago...
Is there any VAG car with that three cilinder 1.2 turbo?

Yes, the 1.2 TSI 4 cilinder.
86 hp in the Audi A1.
And with 90 and 105 hp in a lot of VW's.
140 hp after you chip/remap it.

Sorry..., I wasn't aware of that info' and new 1.0 T three cilinder engine in the VW Up...
You expect it to become power unit for most VAG cars up to 130 ps...?

I think the 1.0 ltr 3 cylinder turbo 110 hp engine can replace al 1.2 TSI 4 cylinders with 86. 90 and 105 hp in the near future.
And maybe it will also replace the the low power 1.4 TSI engines in time.

A3 or Golf with 1.0l engine... That wasn't seen since Golf I and Audi 50 with 1.1l engine... :D
