when is lambo going to replace the gallardo?

Wondering the same thing, though to be fair the Gallardo has indeed aged well and is still putting up a fight. As for replacement, if they just facelifted it...I'm guessing 1.5 years down the road we'll see a replacement, most likely a turbocharged V8, as I hardly believe they'll continue using the V10.
