New to the forum.

I've a 2009 RS6 and I'm looking to remap, but I'm looking for advice on the best way to go.

Whilst I'm looking for additional power, I'm interested if there is a way to preserve or improve the 18mpg I'm able to achieve when cruising at the same time?

Best of both worlds I suppose is what I'm after.

Most tunes are going to affect fuel under boost/acceleration so it shouldn't make much difference. I've got a medium aggressive tune I would say, and still get 22-24 when cruising. Is the 2009 a v10 model, bad mileage when cruising?

Fuel economy sucks anyhow, find the best tune and enjoy!

V10 yes. 5.0 biturbo

I would talk with MRC tuning or Viper. Either will give you a nice power boost. I doubt the fuel economy when cruising will change much.

Yeh, it's the V10. I never expected it to be economical, but <300 miles to a tank means my wife is never away from a petrol station. I love it though and wouldnt mind getting a bit more out of it's potential - but ideally wouldn't want to lose any more on the economy front.
