Error code

Friend of mine has his car back from a gearbox rebuild and got an error.
Code- 01119 / 06697
I think its Gear Recognition Signal. (wire)
Symptoms are: no D shown in the display...
No abs light on (could be with this code...)

Think its a wiring towards the box isnt it?
