Like 90% of you guys my Extended warranty just paid for itself!
- Valve cover Gaskets (engine drop)
- Cam Adjuster Gasket
- Motor Mount

Who is your warranty through? I had minimal confidence in the $3k warranty (36 months / 36k miles) the dealer offered me. The product was Wheelz / aka American Auto Guardian. Everything I read said they didn't pay their claims, dragged things on forever, etc. I couldn't find an Audi dealer that ever worked with these guys, too.
Did you buy your warranty through Audi. I have heard they have a credible one, but won't sell it if you don't buy the car from them.

Mine is through Spectrum VSC (White Plan = bumper to bumper). It was purchased through the independent dealer I bought the car from.
I paid ~$2500 for a 5 yr/100k and these 3 items above easily surpassed that amount.
Only issue I have is they only pay $90hr for labor, but since I live in a large city the labor rates are $130+hr so I have to cover the difference.
Look at TSP (Total Service Protection) I have heard great things about them from other RS6 owners.
