Annoying RS6.com popup on one of my computers

I don't know why I get this on one of my laptops as I've checked all of the IE settings against the one that I don't get it on and they are all the same. The Scripts settings will disable it but then it disables a lot of other sites things but the Script security setting is checked 'Yes' on my other laptop???

Thanks Erik, I already solved the problem by switching to Google Chrome but both computers I was running IE9 and all of the security settings were exactly the same which confused me. I was able to stop it on the infected computer by disabling the scripts in the security setting?

Be nice :) Some of us use IE still (and work for the evil empire). That being said I do not get this popup with IE 9.0.7 or IE 10
