it says in the add why it's a lemon...because of a sunroof failure...ridiculous...

"This car was originally owned in California and was a lemon law buyback in that state apparently because of an issue with the sunroof. Appropriate repairs were made and the sunroof now operates as it should."

You have to pay to play, charging that kind of money for an old car usually translates into a well maintained example. The C5 RS 6 is an amazing car, but there are better options for that kind of money...perhaps even making an effort for the new S4 3.0T is a better deal on the long run.
