thanks Gents, for the first question the roof is GLOSS BLK sticky stuff (not paint) cant spell the V word...cost $220.00 to do and i like the pano roof look of the E55 benz, so i thoiught i'd give it a go..been about 1 year with it on still looks great IMO..

thanks for the comments, cant wait to drive her again ..been 3 months so far!

mate they are

19x9.5 ET 30
255/35/19 tyres

the back space is a tad differnet front to rear (as i wanted a bigger dish on the rears)

i'd love to remove mine for some black out work.

beautiful! The roof vinyl is a damned good idea; I'd have never thought of that. Although, if I'm going to do that...wonder how 3M Dinoc carbon-look vinyl would look? I remember seeing pics of an R8 done completely in the 3M stuff...

ok something like this
Remove the b pillar trim (4 torque screws) rear ¼ glass peel outdrip mould insert (blk), then drill out all pop rivets (12-14 of them)….then back at ¼glass with plastic tool start working it out bit by bit very carefully extreemly fragile .when you re-asemble .new rivets must come from audi..think they are special size and treated stainless tips?<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>

yep my advise would be check the price of the parts in the USA in OZ that mold is worth over $1500.00 per side!

as they say once you go black you cant go back,....baahhhhhh..probably not a joke 1 man sould say to another man!......sorry mate! ozzie humour....

I went the route your detailer went. Its simpler than it sounds. and aluminum or stainless rivets from the parts store work just fine.
