ive noticed my right rocker cover gasket is a bit leaking.
its getting annoying when giving it the beans, its smelling burned oil.
ive read in elsawin it needs to get the engine out to replace the gasket (47 euro...)

Anyone replaced it without removing the engine?

try this post. You can replace without removing engine. Search under 'valve cover'

I just snugged down the bolts and my leak was gone!

I did that about a year ago. Worth a try.

My audi tech said he can change the valve cover gasket without an engine pull.

Passenger side is the tough side. There is a pipe you have to "flex".

If you brake it then the engine pull becomes a must.
