Made my decision. Going with KW v3's, 19x9.5 VMR 701's (Whats the best tire size for this size wheel? - 275/30-19?), GIAC tune, and Milltek non-res exhaust w/ the black tips. Trying to get everything ordered within the next 2 weeks. Who's got the best pricing on coil overs these days?

So you are dead set with the GIAC, huh?

30 day money back guarantee + the vendor is my mechanic. I'm going to give it a shot.

I landed a good deal on the KW v3 ($2143) at TireRack back in April 2011. I'd check with them again, maybe you can get an even better deal with a wheel purchase from them at the same time!

PM me about Milltek prices as I'm a dealer. Too bad you don't live a little closer, I'd love to put a GIAC tune on your beast!

Tirerack has KW V1's as well as the V3's. Is having adjustable rebound and dampening that much better than just height adjustability? Pricing is almost $1,000 difference between the two.

I have a set of V3s that I picked up last summer, they were destined for another member's car that was totaled due to storm damage. I look at them on the shelf in my garage every time I'm home and wonder when I'll ever install them.

They're still new, never installed. The box is gone, no install documents, that's how I got them. I paid $2100 shipped, they're yours for the same price if you so desire. I'll invest the money on the Recaros I want.

Buffalo RS6, ¿ Have you seen the thread 8824 by 4.2 crew? It seems a very good/affordable solution for the dreaded DRC woes, for a lot less bennies, with no loss of performance.

Here is a pic of the system, fronts, rears and the height adjustment spanner. I can get them shipped out tomorrow or possibly Tuesday if you like, after that it may be a couple weeks, not sure til tomorrow what my schedule will be.

I am running V2's on my car, I would have bought V1's but KW had a deal of overstock V2's for less then V1's when I bought mine.

Only thing about the V3's is they make a specific spring rate for the RS6. But you can buy any C5 coilovers and it will work.

PSS9's are the same for all C5 quattro cars, so KW's are no different either
