View Full Version : please help me! remove the turbos in my Audi RS6 C5

hello, how are you? I am writing to see if you can I help my but in Spain nobody knows how to take off their C5 RS6 turbos, I have read that in the RS4 engine must be removed. I removed sway bar, transmissions and all I have bothered me for the bottom, I can touch the turbos at the bottom, the problem is that the top I can not access them, I will remove the air admission and caps . Anyone have any service manual or cutting to see how. thank you all and sorry for my English.

To remove your engine, although Bentley describes it as lifting it out, it's easier to actually lower it out between the frame horns. Raise the car, or at least the front of the car, high enough that you can get the engine down below the frame horns and pull it forward and out. Make sure you have enough clearance in front of the car so the front exhaust pipes will clear as you bring it forward. Good luck...

My mechanic just took mine out the bottom, was able to leave the AC intact, radiator, few other thinkgs....
