Should be the same as any 5HP24A, unless the depth is different, the bolt pattern is the same. I used a 2000 A6 4.2 transmission filter kit on my RS and the bolt pattern is the same.

Didn't you have issues on that trans work? Just wondering if the kit might not be right...

Oh yea, plenty of problems, but they were there before and still there. Checked the filter against the one I took out and they were the same.

All 5HP24A pan is same except the early A8 pans were 1/4" deeper.
