what to look for in 2004 Rs6 120k kilometers

Looking at purchasing an RS6 with 120k kilometers , all work and maintenance done at dealer with supporting documentation.. Anything particular I should be looking at..

Timing belt service, all intervals, torque converter replaced, DRC replaced, or after mkt coil overs, brakes(not cheap to replace), sensors, EGT, O2 as a start.
