I know this has been discussed and debated before. Anyone have a trusted supplier
for the kits on ebay they would recomend?

It seems ecstuning has a pretty good kit. Haven't used that one but got my b5 s4 kit and my v8 toureg from them and didn't have any issues whatsoever with either. Thank God..

Rick - You might also want to take a look at blauparts.com - they offer complete kits. They're not necessarily the least expensive, but have the convenience of getting all you need in one package without needing to think about the piece parts. I have also bought lots of individual parts (not kits) from autohausaz.com and have been happy with their prices and service.

I got a quote for parts from PureMS for $512 or $559 (I can't remember the exact number)
and it included a t-stat and Metal impeller water pump

Not eBay, but I'm a big fan of RockAuto any time I need parts for anything. Usually cheaper than eBay and shipping is stupid fast.
