Guys ,

I would like to publicly apologise for the poor level of service by me.

A customer placed a order and payed for some used parts on the 29th december.

Due to the christmas holidays and sickness the parts were not sent out.

I have only just realised today and will ensure the matter is sorted asap.

When running a business, there will surely be mistakes that happen. The key to successful business' is how they handle these mistakes.

A friend/client Dentist of mine once said, "You don't need to floss all your teeth. Just the ones you want to keep". He didn't mean that statement to be translated into customer service, but I think its a great analogy.
